About Me

Ok so here it is. My last beginning to this weight loss journey. My name is Kristy I have a wonderful husband named Clint who is amazingly supportive and such a great guy. We have 2 beautiful kids Makayla and Micah. I am doing this for me but also for the other 3 most important people in my life! I want to be a healthy Mom and Wife. I want to run and tickle and play with our kids and be there for them for their whole life.


I have set my goal weight to be 170ish. This is where I was when we got married almost 7 years ago. I started gaining weight after I graduated from high school. I was able to lose it and then shortly after getting married I started gaining weight. Once I started exercising more and focusing on food I found out that I was pregnant with our daughter. I gained about 35 pounds after pregnancy ending up at about 220. This weight is sticking I fluctuate between 205 - 218 now and I am sick of it. My highest weight was while pregnant with #2 at 245. After this pregnancy the weight gain was less and gone by my 6 week check up. So here I am again trying to get past the hump of getting close to my first goal of getting under 200 then I sabotage myself once again and end up back where I was.
This is one of our engagement pictures. I look at it and die because there is space between my arm and the arm of the shirt and I have a defined chin. I am excited to get started and to make this a lifelong change not just a diet. I want to live a healthier life and I want my kids to have a healthy life and to know that it is important to eat well and move more.
